This January we were delighted to see our Deputy Manager Gordon Jamieson, himself a proud Scotsman to help us celebrate the birthday of the Scottish poet Robbie Burns with a special meal of haggis, neeps and tatties. Gordon addressed the haggis in the traditional Burns’ Night poem kitted out in his full Highland dress and all our residents very much enjoyed the spectacle! Thanks to Gordon, activities staff and the kitchen for helping to lay on our Burns Night feast!
